Palma Airport to Manacor Transfer & Private Taxi

Palma Airport (PMI) → Manacor

Private taxi from Palma Airport to Manacor: about 50 km to the capital of the Llevant

The transfer from PMI to Manacor covers about 49–50 km and usually takes 38–45 minutes. Unlike Cala Millor or Porto Cristo, Manacor is an inland town: the drop-off may be the centre, a town-centre stay, a rural finca or a venue on the outskirts, and your Zonetransfers driver goes to the one on your booking.

Updated:

Manacor is an inland town, not a coastal hotel strip

That changes how the transfer works. The drive crosses the interior of Mallorca eastwards and ends in a town that acts as the capital of the Llevant and a gateway to many coastal resorts.

The exact address matters most outside the centre

A booking to Carrer Major or the town centre does not end in the same place as a trip to the Rafa Nadal Museum, the racecourse or a rural hotel within the municipality.

If your accommodation is outside the built-up area, always give the full address so "Manacor" does not become a single generic point.

Centre, outskirts or countryside: where are you going?

Arriving in Manacor can mean very different things: a stay in the centre, a visit to a sports venue on the edge of town or a rural finca further out.

Town centre

Carrer Major and the old town

The municipal tourist office is at Carrer Major 22, a handy reference for the traditional centre.

Outskirts

Roads to the coast

Venues and hotels on the roads to Porto Cristo, Cales de Mallorca and other areas are outside the centre and need a precise address.

Countryside

Fincas and agroturismos

Rural stays are scattered across the municipality, often several kilometres from town.

Manacor town and Manacor municipality are not the same thing

The municipality reaches the east coast and includes several resorts. A hotel in Porto Cristo, S'Illot or Cales de Mallorca should not be booked as if it were in Manacor town.

Inland

Manacor

The main town and capital of the Llevant district; this page covers this urban destination.

Coast

Porto Cristo

Harbour and resort on the east coast, a further drive from Manacor, with its own transfer page.

Other areas

S'Illot, Cala Mendia and Cales de Mallorca

Also within the municipality but spread along the coast; not interchangeable with Manacor town.

Where to stay: few town hotels, many rural ones

The municipal tourist office notes that the town itself has relatively few hotels, while most tourist accommodation in the municipality is on the coast or in rural establishments.

Centre

My Rooms Manacor Centre

Listed in the official accommodation guide at Carrer dels Gerrers 15, a clear example of a transfer that really ends in town.

Countryside

Agroturismos and rural hotels

Many rural stays lie outside the town grid, so the full address is essential.

Coast

Porto Cristo and the coves

Most of the municipality's holiday accommodation is by the sea; book the resort, not "Manacor".

Questions about the Manacor transfer

How long is the transfer from Palma Airport to Manacor?

About 38 to 45 minutes for 49–50 km across the interior of the island.

Is the Rafa Nadal Museum in Manacor town centre?

No. The Rafa Nadal Museum Xperience is on the Cales de Mallorca road at km 1.2, on the edge of Manacor; book it as the exact destination if you are going there.
