Lisbon Airport has two terminals, but every flight arrives at Terminal 1; Terminal 2 handles departures only. How long it takes to reach the arrivals hall depends mostly on your passport:

Lisbon is a major cruise port. Ships dock at the Lisbon Cruise Terminal at Santa Apolónia, next to Alfama, or at the Alcântara and Rocha Conde de Óbidos terminals to the west. From the airport, the drive takes 20–30 minutes.

For a flight to another Schengen country, aim to be at Lisbon Airport two hours before departure. For flights to the UK, the US or other non-Schengen destinations, allow two and a half hours: outbound passport control and the EU Entry/Exit System check can take time.
