Only Terminals 1 and 3 handle passengers at Fiumicino; Terminal 2 closed in 2017. ITA Airways uses T1 and most international airlines use T3. From your flight number we know which one you land at, and your driver waits at the exit from baggage reclaim with a name sign.

Yes. Rome's historic centre is a ZTL (zona a traffico limitato), closed to private cars on weekdays from 6:30 to 18:00, on Saturdays from 14:00 to 18:00 and on Friday and Saturday nights from 23:00 to 3:00, except in August. Licensed chauffeur vehicles may enter, so we drop you at your hotel door, or at the nearest point if the street itself is pedestrian.
Around Piazza Navona, the Pantheon and parts of Trastevere some streets are closed to all vehicles. Give us the exact address and the driver stops at the closest access and points you to the door.
Civitavecchia, Rome's cruise port, is about 70 km from Fiumicino on the A12 motorway, 1 h–1 h 15 min by car. Authorised transfers drop cruise passengers at Largo della Pace, where the free port shuttle runs to each ship.
