To choose the right vehicle, it is important to indicate the number of passengers, suitcases, pushchairs, child seats, special luggage and final service address. This allows us to recommend the most suitable option before confirming the booking.

For transfers from or to the airport, vehicle capacity is key. In addition to the number of passengers, it is advisable to indicate luggage, flight number, arrival time and whether child seats or additional space are required.
Transfers between cities can be carried out in a standard car, sedan, premium vehicle, minivan, minibus or coach, depending on availability, passengers and service requirements.
Zone Transfers’ chauffeur-driven vehicles can be used for meetings, conferences, hotels, professional visits, private events, weddings, transfers between cities and hourly services booked in advance.
For corporate trips or events, we recommend indicating the schedule, number of passengers, pick-up point, destination, luggage and any special requirements so the service can be properly coordinated.
Capacity depends on the assigned model, the number of passengers and the actual volume of luggage. A cabin suitcase does not take up the same space as a large suitcase, a baby pushchair, golf bags or sports equipment.
For this reason, we always recommend providing the exact number of large suitcases, cabin suitcases, backpacks, pushchairs, child seats or special items before confirming the transfer.
If you are travelling with children, you can request child seats during the booking process. It is also important to let us know if you are carrying a baby pushchair, sports equipment, musical instruments, folding bicycles, golf bags or bulky luggage.
The availability of child seats, booster seats and additional space must be confirmed before the service in order to assign the appropriate vehicle.
