Magaluf is in the southwest of Mallorca, in the municipality of Calvià. By road it is around 24 km from PMI, about 25 minutes in normal traffic, and you can book straight to your hotel on Magaluf beach, in the centre or near Son Maties and Palmanova. Magaluf lies west of the airport. The transfer leaves the PMI area, runs round Palma and follows the Ma-1 corridor into Calvià before the final approach to Palmanova and Magaluf.
The usual drive is around 25 minutes, although traffic at the Palma and Calvià junctions can change it. For the trip back to PMI, keep a comfortable margin before your flight's check-in or bag-drop deadline.

Magaluf has a beach of about 1,600 metres and a dense cluster of hotels. Its northern end reaches Son Maties and Palmanova, so the hotel name is far more precise than a generic "Magaluf" drop-off.

Carrer Pere Vaquer Ramis is one of the main streets of central Magaluf and home to the tourist office.
