S'Arenal beach
The sector tied most closely to the promenade, with many hotels, restaurants and apartments near the sand.
S'Arenal is about 9–10 km from PMI and the drive usually takes 10–15 minutes. The drop-off may be on the seafront, in the centre of S'Arenal, in Son Verí or at a hotel towards Playa de Palma, so Zonetransfers books it to the exact accommodation.
Updated:
The route leaves the airport heading east on the Ma-19, signposted for Platja de Palma and Santanyí. For hotels in S'Arenal, the exits from this road lead down to the coast.
On such a short trip, time differences do not come from crossing the island but from the access to each hotel. A beachfront hotel, one in Son Verí and another at the Playa de Palma end do not finish in the same place.
whala!beach, for example, gives access from PMI via the Ma-19 and exit 13 towards s'Arenal/Cala Blava, while HM Ayron Park uses exit 11 for its location in the Playa de Palma sector.
They run into each other but are not the same drop-off. S'Arenal is the eastern end of Playa de Palma and has its own landmarks: the marina, Son Verí and S'Arenal beach.
The sector tied most closely to the promenade, with many hotels, restaurants and apartments near the sand.
The town extends into inner streets. The S'Arenal tourist office is on Carrer dels Trencadors, in the municipality of Llucmajor.
Continues along the Llucmajor coast, beyond the harbour area of S'Arenal for anyone coming from Playa de Palma.
They belong to the same resort corridor on the Bay of Palma, but kilometres apart. For a transfer, the full hotel name beats a broad label such as "Playa de Palma".
On a 10–15 minute route, the benefit is in the details: no wait on arrival, a known fare and a drop-off at the right exit and door.
Your driver is in the arrivals hall with your name when you come through with your bags.
The fare for your hotel and party is fixed when you book, whatever the time of arrival.
Exit 13 for central S'Arenal and Cala Blava, exit 11 for the Playa de Palma end: the driver takes the one for your hotel.
Hotels are split between the front line, the inner streets and Son Verí, and these locations can use different Ma-19 exits.
At Calle Miramar 1, S'Arenal. The hotel gives access from PMI via the Ma-19 and exit 13 towards s'Arenal/Cala Blava.
At Av. d'Europa 3, listed in Llucmajor's official tourist directory, towards the eastern side of S'Arenal.
At Calle Trasimeno 7, in Playa de Palma very close to S'Arenal. The hotel puts the airport about 12 minutes away and uses exit 11 of the Ma-19.
The marina is one of the main geographic markers of the town, next to the Son Verí side of the coast.
The sand and its promenade form the town's main tourist axis and continue towards Playa de Palma.
The water park is listed by Llucmajor's official tourist information as one of S'Arenal's attractions.
On the Llucmajor coastline, where the town gives way to the Cala Blava shore.
Continues west from S'Arenal and is full of hotels; a hotel on this strip may be several kilometres before El Arenal.
Beyond S'Arenal on the Llucmajor coast, a different drop-off even though it shares the Ma-19 access.
Count back from your departure time: 2 h 15 min for a Spanish or Schengen flight, 2 h 45 min for the UK, Ireland or another non-Schengen country. That is the time Zonetransfers sets for the pick-up in El Arenal.

| Outside Schengen (UK, Ireland, US…) | 2 h 45 min |
With the airport so near, the time mainly reflects your airline's check-in and security margin; on summer mornings the Ma-19 can be slow at the airport junction.
About 10 to 15 minutes for some 9–10 km along the Ma-19, without crossing Palma.
No. S'Arenal is the eastern end of Playa de Palma, with its own marina, beach and the Son Verí area; hotels on Playa de Palma can be several kilometres before it. Give the hotel name.
It depends on the hotel: exit 13 towards s'Arenal and Cala Blava serves central and beachfront S'Arenal, while exit 11 serves the Playa de Palma end. The driver chooses it from your address.
