After a long flight from Australia, we were relieved to find our driver already waiting at the arrivals area. He helped us with directions and spoke enough English to explain the route and main areas of the city.
The vehicle was very clean and smelled fresh. It was a warm day, but the temperature inside was comfortable throughout. We appreciated the relaxed, professional attitude — especially after a tiring trip.
Zonetransfers made the arrival easy. We would definitely recommend them to others landing in Florence.

I missed my connecting flight in Madrid and needed urgent transport to a hotel outside the city. I found Zonetransfers online and contacted them late in the evening — within 15 minutes, I had a confirmed booking.

I booked a very early morning transfer from my hotel in Lisbon to the airport. I was a little nervous about timing, but the driver arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule and waited patiently in front of the hotel.
The van was clean and comfortable. He didn’t speak much English, but communication wasn’t a problem. We ran into some light traffic, but still arrived with time to spare.
It was a smooth experience overall, and I'd definitely use them again.

Super easy pick-up at Zagreb Airport with Zonetransfers. Our driver was right there waiting with a sign, and we were out of the airport and on our way in no time.
