Arrange a private airport pickup from Barcelona-El Prat to your Cunit address. The journey is approximately 45 km, takes around 34 minutes via the C-32, and has guide prices from €75 for 1–4 passengers or €95 for 5–8 passengers. Include the complete address of your accommodation, especially if it is in one of Cunit’s many urbanisations.
This is a private VTC journey with a driver, rather than a metered taxi. The price is agreed per vehicle and per journey before booking, with no surcharge on arrival. Your pickup is arranged at the arrivals hall of the terminal where your flight lands, followed by a direct journey to Cunit.
Cunit developed from a town of around 300 people to more than 12,000 residents over fifty years, mainly through second-home urbanisations. More than twenty separate developments are spread throughout the municipality, and many use names linked to former farmhouses, such as Cal Moles and Cal Pla. The town centre and eastern parts retain the rural Penedès landscape of orchards and vineyards, whereas the coast and west are largely covered by villas and development apartments. For a transfer, this means that similarly named addresses can be several minutes apart. Please provide the full urbanisation name, street number where available, and a nearby reference if possible.

The C-32 is generally the quicker road from Barcelona Airport to Cunit. Its Cubelles-Calafell access has a toll barrier immediately before the Cunit municipal boundary. On weekdays, that section is free for Via-T users who complete the outward and return trip within 24 hours; it is tolled in other circumstances. The permanently toll-free C-31 follows the coastal settlements and can add time during high season. Your fixed transfer price does not depend on the road selected: the driver chooses according to the time of travel and traffic on the day.

Cunit has 2.45 km of golden-sand beach, split into eight coves by seven breakwaters. The water is clear and calm, rather than suited to surfing or sailing, unlike neighbouring Calafell just 1.5 km away. In season, the beach has lifeguards, first aid and sun-lounger hire. The promenade connects the urban centre with the beach, making it possible to move between accommodation and the seafront without a car once you have arrived.
Families or groups divided between several urbanisations can enquire about minibus and bus hire with driver in Barcelona. For a driver and vehicle by the hour around the area, see car hire with driver in Barcelona.
Cunit’s recent tourist expansion sits alongside a much older settlement. In 1996, motorway works revealed an Iberian site from the 3rd–4th centuries BC at Fondo d'en Roig, now among the comarca’s best-preserved archaeological areas. Cunit Castle, at the town’s highest point, and the 1762 Church of Sant Cristòfol are two further landmarks that predate the tourism boom of the 1960s.
The driver waits in the arrivals hall with a welcome sign. The exact meeting point is confirmed for your arrival terminal, either T1 or T2. Include your flight number and terminal when booking so the driver can follow the flight status.
Yes. Cunit has more than twenty urbanisations distributed across the municipality. Enter the full name of the urbanisation exactly as it appears on your accommodation booking, along with the street number if available, to identify the correct drop-off point.
The price is fixed per vehicle and per journey, not calculated by a taxi meter. Guide prices start at €75 for 1–4 passengers and €95 for 5–8 passengers. Passenger numbers and the destination urbanisation are used to confirm the journey and price before booking.
No. The fixed vehicle price is unchanged whether the Cubelles-Calafell C-32 section is tolled or free under the applicable Via-T weekday conditions. The driver selects the most appropriate route for traffic conditions.
Book for the municipality where your accommodation is located. Cunit, Cubelles and Calafell are neighbouring but distinct destinations, each with its own route, urbanisations and travel time from Barcelona Airport.
