Milan city centre
Duomo, Brera, Navigli, Porta Nuova, CityLife or any Milan hotel
A Zonetransfers driver meets you at Malpensa arrivals with your name on a sign and drives you to any hotel in Milan from €110 per vehicle, or straight on to Rho Fiera, Lake Como, Switzerland, the Dolomites or the Ligurian coast. 36 routes with a fixed price per car, set when you book.
Malpensa lies some 50 km north-west of the Duomo, in the province of Varese. With a booked private car you go from arrivals to your Milan hotel in 50–60 minutes for €110 per vehicle (one to four people); tolls, fuel, VAT and up to an hour of waiting after you land are part of that price.

The high-speed rail hub for Rome, Venice, Florence, Turin and Switzerland
The trade fair grounds: Salone del Mobile, EICMA and the big international shows
During the Salone del Mobile in April and EICMA in November, roads to Rho Fiera are congested and cars are in short supply. Book early: the driver drops you at your pavilion entrance and collects you at the time you set.
Prices and airport information checked in October 2026.
Malpensa splits its traffic between two terminals roughly 10 minutes apart. From your flight number we know which one, follow the landing live and keep the car waiting up to an hour after touchdown at no charge.
| Terminal | Airlines | Where your driver waits |
|---|---|---|
| Terminal 1 | Most airlines, including long-haul and flag carriers | Your driver waits at the exit from baggage reclaim |
| Terminal 2 | easyJet flights | Same meet-and-greet with a name sign at the T2 arrivals exit |
| Between terminals | Free shuttle bus between T1 and T2 | Tell us your terminal for the return trip |

Stay in the hall rather than going outside, and use the round-the-clock number on your voucher or WhatsApp +34 654 381 547. Your chauffeur is the one holding your name.
