Domodossola is the Italian end of the Vigezzina-Centovalli, a 52 km narrow-gauge line with 83 bridges and 31 tunnels that reaches Locarno in Switzerland in about two hours. Zonetransfers puts a chauffeur at the luggage-hall doors in Malpensa and drives you to Domodossola at a fixed price from €195.

The Vigezzina-Centovalli crosses into Switzerland, so carry a valid ID card or passport. Seat reservations cost €4 per journey and are compulsory during the Christmas markets and the chimney sweeps' gathering in Santa Maria Maggiore. We drop you at Piazza Matteotti.
