From Vigo-Peinador Airport (VGO) to the city centre, Urzaiz station or the ferry and cruise terminal is about 10–14 km and 15–25 minutes, from €40 per vehicle, not per person. The quickest way is a private transfer: your driver tracks the flight, meets you in the arrivals hall with a name sign and drives you straight to the address on your booking. Vigo Airport sits at Peinador, in the parish of Cabral, about 8 km from the centre as the crow flies and 10–14 km by road. The run takes 15–25 minutes via the VG-20 or the Avenida do Aeroporto, and costs from €40 per vehicle for one to four passengers.
The price covers the car, not each seat, so a family of four pays the same as a solo traveller. It makes most sense on a late arrival, with children or bulky luggage, and when your hotel is in the Casco Vello, where many streets are steep and pedestrian.
Prices are per vehicle and per journey for a standard car with 1–4 passengers. Minivans (5–8 seats) and minibuses are priced in the booking form for your date, passengers and luggage, and you see the final figure before paying. Distances and times are approximate by road.

"Vigo centre" covers very different streets, so give the hotel name or exact address when you book. This is what arrival looks like in the districts we drive to most:

The Reconquista festival fills the Casco Vello in late March, the Cristo de la Victoria festivities take over the first week of August, and the Christmas lights, from November to early January, bring heavy crowds and road closures downtown. On those dates we may drop you at the nearest open point.

Each suitcase may measure up to 158 cm adding length, width and height; handbags and small backpacks do not count.
