Jerez de la Frontera
A sherry bodega tour and the Andalusian School of Equestrian Art show.
Shore excursions for cruise passengers, wedding guests heading to a cortijo near Vejer, delegates at a conference or a group bound for the MotoGP weekend in Jerez: Zonetransfers provides a private minibus or coach, driven by one of our professional drivers, for parties of 9 to 54. Fuel and passenger insurance are included, and you receive one fixed quote within 12 hours.
Cádiz is one of Spain's busiest cruise ports, and the city's own sights are walkable from the ship. For anything further afield, a private vehicle collects your group at the terminal and builds the day around your all-aboard time, so you are not tied to the ship's own tour schedule.
A sherry bodega tour and the Andalusian School of Equestrian Art show.
Cathedral, Alcázar and Triana in one long day; an early start is essential.
Hilltop lookouts and whitewashed lanes.
A Roman town beside one of Europe's tallest dunes.
Wineries and the mouth of the Guadalquivir.
Give us the ship's name and the all-aboard time from your cruise documents. We schedule the drive back with enough margin for the bridges and the isthmus into Cádiz, which can be slow at peak times.
Tell us both the headcount and the luggage. Eighteen wedding guests with handbags and eighteen tourists with a week's suitcases need different vehicles.

Minibus for shore excursions and smaller parties.
Full-size coach with a luggage hold for up to 54 passengers.
Wheelchair users, an on-board toilet or extra luggage space? Mention it in your request and we will confirm in writing which available vehicle meets it. Models and seating are listed in our fleet.
Weddings are the most common booking across the province. Many receptions take place at country estates around Vejer, Chiclana, Medina Sidonia, Conil or Jerez, 30 to 50 minutes from the hotels in Cádiz, so a coach means no guest has to drive.
Pick-ups at one or several hotels, timed to the church or civil ceremony.
The driver waits and takes everyone on to the venue.
For example, one at midnight and a last one when the bar closes.
The couple can travel separately in a chauffeur-driven car in Cádiz / Jerez.
We quote every job individually, and the figure you accept is final unless your plans change. There is no single headline price, because it depends on details we only learn from your itinerary:
Distance and hours: a church-to-finca run in Chiclana versus a full day to Seville and back.
Vehicle size: minibus, midi coach or 54-seat coach.
Date: summer wedding Saturdays, Carnival week or MotoGP weekend book up first.
Waiting and overnight stays: hours at a reception, or the driver's hotel on multi-day tours.
Send passengers, date, timings and stops; the quote arrives within 12 hours and nothing is charged until you accept it.
Delegates between hotels and the Cádiz Congress Centre, shipbuilding sites around the bay or Jerez wineries.
Baelo Claudia, the Bay of Cádiz natural park or the Grazalema mountains; University of Cádiz groups between campuses.
Away matches, tournaments and fans heading to the Jerez circuit.
Multi-day programmes for agencies and tour operators, quoted per itinerary.
Jerez is the nearest airport, about 45 km from Cádiz; Seville is roughly 130 km away. We also run group transfers to Málaga, about 240 km. Your driver waits in arrivals for the entire party and stows every suitcase in one go.
Eight or fewer? Book a private transfer from Jerez Airport to Cádiz.
Eight or fewer? Book a private transfer from Seville Airport to Cádiz.
Mostly not. The old town's streets are narrow and partly pedestrianised, so we agree an accessible meeting point with your group, usually near the port, around Plaza de Sevilla or outside your hotel if it is beyond the city walls.
Right outside the quay exit.
Next to the station and port.
Door-to-door pick-up.
Coach drivers follow EU rules on driving time: a 45-minute break after 4 h 30 min at the wheel and, as a rule, no more than 9 hours' driving per day. Your quote already allows for these breaks and adds a second driver where the programme needs one.
Popular tours from Cádiz: Seville and Córdoba, Granada and the Alhambra, Ronda and the white villages, the Costa del Sol, Doñana and Huelva, or Portugal's Algarve.
Passengers, dates, times, pick-ups, stops, luggage and extras.
Usually the same day and always inside 12 hours, naming the vehicle.
Secure card payment when you confirm your booking. Before the service you get the driver's name and phone.
Cancel a group vehicle with over 96 hours’ notice and you pay nothing. See the terms of sale (Spanish).
It depends on mileage, hours of service and waiting, vehicle size and date. A short hop around the bay costs far less than a full day to Seville. That is why every job gets its own fixed quote: send us passengers, date, timings and stops, and Zonetransfers will reply within 12 hours.
Yes. The vehicle meets your group outside the cruise terminal and takes you to Jerez, Seville, Arcos, Vejer or wherever you choose, with the return timed to your all-aboard. Include the ship's name and port date when booking so we can match the plan to the actual call times and leave a safe buffer.
Your driver, the fuel and mandatory passenger insurance are all in the price. For tours lasting several days we also itemise the driver's accommodation and meals, and a second driver if rest rules require it. Any extra stop or waiting time is agreed in writing before the day, so there are no surprises on the bill.
We cater for groups of 9 to 54. As a guide, a minibus seats up to about 19, a midi coach up to about 35 and a full-size coach up to 54. Eight people or fewer are better served by a minivan or private car. If you carry a lot of luggage, we assign a larger vehicle.
Yes, it is one of our most frequent services. We collect guests from one or several hotels, take them to the ceremony and then to the venue, and schedule one or two late-night returns. Send addresses, timings and guest numbers and we will quote with all waiting time included, so the price covers the whole night.
Book well ahead for summer wedding Saturdays, Carnival in February or MotoGP weekend in Jerez, when large vehicles are in high demand. Outside those peaks, a few days' notice usually works, especially for minibuses. Cancellation of group vehicles is free when you tell us over 96 hours in advance of the pick-up.
By card, securely, when you confirm the booking after accepting the quote. Companies, schools, clubs and associations can give billing details when requesting the quote so the invoice carries their name. Once accepted, the price only moves if you alter the itinerary, and drivers never collect cash on the day.
Tell us how many are travelling, when, and where you need to go. Zonetransfers replies inside 12 hours with one all-inclusive price and the vehicle we would send.
More than a thousand customer reviews give Zonetransfers an average of 4.9/5. Eight or fewer? See private transfers from Cádiz or a car with driver in Cádiz / Jerez.
