Driver and vehicle
Fuel, compulsory passenger insurance and a clean vehicle at the agreed time.
One vehicle for the whole group, with a driver, departing from the address you choose in Zaragoza and its area, and the price in writing before you confirm. From the Basilica del Pilar to the trade fair grounds it is 17 km (11 miles); to Formigal, 157 km; to Salou, 242 km.
The price of a minibus or coach with a driver in Zaragoza depends on five things: the number of seats, the kilometres, the hours the driver is at your disposal, the date and whether the trip lasts more than one day. With those details we send you a fixed quote per vehicle, which does not change with traffic or agreed waiting time.
| Factor | How it affects the price | Tip to adjust the price |
|---|---|---|
| Seats | A 54-seat coach costs more than a 19-seat minibus | Ask for the right size for your group, with a few spare seats for hand luggage |
| Kilometres | Counted from when the vehicle leaves until it returns | Group pick-ups at a single point in Zaragoza |
| Hours at your disposal | An evening wedding adds waiting hours | Set realistic outward and return times |
| Date | El Pilar, end of the school year and ski weekends are in high demand | Book weeks in advance |
| Several days | The driver needs accommodation and rest between days | Ask for the whole tour in a single quote |
For groups of up to 8 travellers a people carrier usually works out better: see our private transfers from Zaragoza, with a published price per car for each destination.
| Travellers | Vehicle | Luggage | Most common use |
|---|---|---|---|
| 9 – 19 | Minibus | One medium suitcase per traveller in the hold or rear boot | Stag and hen parties, small teams, business visits |
| 20 – 35 | Midi coach | Hold for suitcases, rucksacks and equipment | Mid-size weddings, sports clubs, excursions |
| 36 – 54 | Coach | Large hold for skis, suitcases and boxes | Schools, congresses, big weddings, multi-day trips |
| Over 54 | Two or more coordinated vehicles | Depending on the group | Events with several pick-up points |
Seats and equipment for each model in our fleet. If you need wheelchair access, mention it when requesting your quote so we can assign an adapted vehicle.
Fuel, compulsory passenger insurance and a clean vehicle at the agreed time.
The driver waits during the wedding, visit or meeting and makes the agreed stops.
45-minute breaks every four and a half hours of driving, recorded by tachograph.
The quote details times, route and pick-up points. If the plan changes, we adjust it on WhatsApp before the trip and send you the new price before confirming. On the road, you have 24-hour personal assistance on our emergency phone line.
The most requested service in spring and autumn. The coach collects guests at a central point in Zaragoza or at the hotel, takes them to the ceremony and the reception, and makes the return in one or two late-night runs.
Choose a pick-up point with room for a coach to stop, such as the area around Plaza de Europa or the Auditorium, rather than a narrow street in the old town.
If the venue is outside the city, two return runs, one at midnight and another at the end, mean older guests do not have to wait for the last one.
Minibus ready in Zaragoza to collect wedding guests.
The Feria de Zaragoza trade fair grounds are 17 km from the Basilica del Pilar on the A-2, around 21 minutes. During major shows we run shuttles from city-centre hotels, visits to industrial plants along the Ebro corridor and team transfers between the conference centre and the fair halls.
| Need | How we handle it |
|---|---|
| Hotel – Feria shuttle | Departures at set times in the morning and return at closing |
| Industrial plant visit | Pick-up at the hotel and waiting during the visit |
| Company dinner | Outward and return with a flexible return time |
| Invoicing | A single invoice in the company's name |
Schools in Zaragoza book coaches for Dinópolis, the Monasterio de Piedra, PortAventura or the snow. On school transport with minors, Spanish rules require at least one adult supervisor on board besides the driver, and everyone must wear a seat belt.
On the A-2, with waiting during the park visit.
On the A-23; the coach drops the group at the entrance.
On the AP-2; the classic end-of-year trip.
Ski clubs, schools and groups of friends leave Zaragoza on Friday afternoons or early on Saturdays. The coach keeps the hold free for skis, boards and boots, and in winter it is prepared for the mountain pass.
| Destination | Distance | Time by car | Road |
|---|---|---|---|

| Baqueira-Beret | 273 km · 170 mi | 3 h 28 min | N-230 |
Times by car from Plaza del Pilar. A coach is limited to 100 km/h on dual carriageways, so allow a little more time.
Football, basketball and handball teams travel to their matches with their kit in the hold, and supporters' clubs book coaches for concerts or for the Grand Prix at MotorLand Aragón, in Alcañiz, 103 km away on the A-68, around an hour and 26 minutes.
During the big races the roads into MotorLand get jammed. We leave Zaragoza early and agree the return at a meeting point outside the car park, so you do not lose hours on the way out.

Measured by car from Plaza del Pilar, in afternoon traffic. By minibus or coach the trip usually takes a little longer because of the vehicle speed limit.
A coach driver may drive up to 9 hours a day, extendable to 10 twice a week, with a 45-minute break every four and a half hours. If the tour exceeds that limit, the quote includes a second driver; if it lasts several days, their accommodation too.
This is usual on study trips, pilgrimages or tours of northern Spain. For walking groups, see our Camino de Santiago pilgrim transfers, with luggage support between stages.
We collect from anywhere in Zaragoza and nearby towns such as Utebo, Cuarte de Huerva, La Puebla de Alfindén or Villanueva de Gállego. Many streets in the old town do not allow coaches, so we suggest a nearby point with room to stop and load luggage calmly.
| Area | Landmark | Why it works |
|---|---|---|
| Centre | Plaza de Europa and the Auditorium area | Room to stop and load suitcases |
| Riverside and Actur | Conference centre and Expo site | Direct access to the ring road |
| University | San Francisco and Río Ebro campuses | Usual for study trips |
| Industrial estates | PLAZA, Malpica and Cogullada | Early company departures |
| Metropolitan area | Each town's main square or sports centre | One point for the whole town |
Zaragoza airport is 15 km from the centre, around 17 minutes. For groups arriving on the same flight, the minibus or coach waits in arrivals following the real landing time. Many groups also land at El Prat and continue by road to Zaragoza.

It depends on the seats, the kilometres, the hours the driver is at your disposal, the date and whether the trip lasts several days. With those details we send you a fixed quote per vehicle, which does not change with traffic or agreed waiting time. A short trip within Zaragoza does not cost the same as a full day in the Pyrenees with waiting.
A minibus has 9 to 19 seats; a midi coach, 20 to 35; and a standard coach, 36 to 54. For larger groups we coordinate two or more vehicles with the same departure time. Choosing the right size, with a few spare seats for hand luggage, is the simplest way to adjust your quote without losing comfort.
For weddings, end-of-year trips and ski weekends, several weeks or even months ahead, because coach demand is concentrated on the same dates. For a weekday transfer a few days is usually enough. During the Fiestas del Pilar and major trade fairs, it is best to book as soon as your date is confirmed.
Yes, if it is agreed in the quote. The driver waits during the ceremony, the reception or the meeting and makes the return at the agreed time, in one or several runs. Waiting hours are included in the fixed price, so there are no surprises at the end of the night even if the dancing runs a little late.
Yes. On school transport with minors there must be at least one adult supervisor on board besides the driver, and every passenger must wear a seat belt. For family outings, tell us the age of the youngest children when requesting your quote and we will confirm the most suitable vehicle for the group.
Up to 9 hours a day, extendable to 10 twice a week, with a compulsory 45-minute break every four and a half hours of driving. Breaks are recorded on the tachograph. If the trip exceeds those limits, the quote includes a second driver so the group does not have to make long stops along the way.
Yes. Formigal is 157 km from Zaragoza on the A-23 and Baqueira 273 km on the N-230. The coach keeps the hold free for skis, boards and boots, and in winter it is prepared for the mountain pass. You can book the outward and return trip for the same day or for the weekend, with the return agreed in advance.
Yes. We collect in Utebo, Cuarte de Huerva, La Puebla de Alfindén, Villanueva de Gállego, Zuera or any town in the province. The most practical option is a single meeting point with room for the coach to stop, such as the main square or the sports centre, adding a second stop only if needed.
Yes. For a minibus or coach, cancellation is free up to 96 hours before the service. Changes to the time, route or number of travellers are requested on WhatsApp and, if they need a different vehicle or more hours, we send you the new price before confirming. Payment is made by card when booking.
Yes. We organise multi-day tours, study trips and pilgrimages with the same driver and vehicle throughout. The quote includes the compulsory rest periods, the driver's accommodation and, if the plan exceeds the permitted driving hours, a second driver. Send us the day-by-day itinerary so we can tailor it to your group.
Tell us the date, how many of you are travelling, where we collect you and where you are going: Zonetransfers replies with a fixed price per vehicle. For weddings, schools or multi-day trips, message us on WhatsApp and we will plan it with you.
