How much does a transfer between cities cost?
It depends on the distance, the vehicle type and the number of passengers. When you book online, you enter your pickup and drop-off cities and get a fixed price instantly. You can also request a quote by WhatsApp or email.
Can I make stops along the way?
Yes. You can add stops along the way, for example to visit a village or pick up another passenger, for a supplement shown when you book.
How much luggage can I bring?
Each vehicle has room for its passengers' standard luggage. If you are travelling with large suitcases, golf bags, bikes or pushchairs, let us know when booking so we can assign a vehicle with enough space.
Which vehicle do I need for my group size?
An economy car or sedan for 1 to 4 passengers, a minivan for up to 8, a minibus for groups of 9 to 16 and a coach for groups of up to 55. Mercedes V-Class, premium and VIP cars are also available.
How long will the driver wait?
At hotels and private addresses, there are 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the agreed pickup time. For airport pickups, the driver waits 60 minutes free of charge from the moment your flight lands.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Transfers can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before departure. Minibuses and coaches have their own terms, generally 96 hours. See the full details in our terms and conditions.
