This is the second time we've used this service for transfers. Unfortunately our outbound transfer was cancelled a few weeks before we flew to Mallorca (with no reason given) which meant we had to book with another company that wasn't as good, but we stuck with Zonetransfers for the inbound pick up and this was excellent. Our driver picked us up from the port at Palma straight off the boat, 10 minutes before the official pick up time, which was great and took all the stress out of us wondering if they would show up. She was a curteous, friendly and most proficient driver, ensuring we arrived at the airport nice and relaxed. A lot cheaper than all the other firms I looked at. Our driver first contacted me by phone while I was in the immigration line to tell me where to look for him when I entered the arrival hall in Charles de Gaulle airport. After 5 days on the Caminho, it was raining like crazy, and my hiking partner and I didn't relish the idea of taking our luggage and hiking gear to the train station then having to change trains in Coruña at night. We opted to spend a little extra money on a private car, and I'm so glad we did.
