Burgos is one of the big milestones on the Camino Francés, and plenty of walkers start here, jump across the Meseta or finish here and need a ride onward. The driver collects you from the municipal albergue, a private hostel or your hotel, and backpacks, walking poles and bikes travel at no extra cost when declared.

Any address in the city works. These are the spots travellers ask for most often:
Streets around the cathedral are pedestrianised, so we meet at the Arco de Santa María or Plaza del Rey San Fernando.
On the northern edge of town in Villimar; your driver waits inside the hall holding a name sign.
Main entrance or whichever door you specify.
Flats, student halls and the University of Burgos.

Roughly 160 km via the AP-1 to Miranda de Ebro and then the AP-68, about 1 h 40 min without stops. Your driver collects you anywhere in Burgos and drops you at your Bilbao hotel, office or home, at Abando station or at the Santurtzi ferry terminal. The price is per vehicle and fixed when you book.
Yes. It is about 240 km on the A-1, around 2 h 30 min, with a rest stop on request. The driver drops you at your hotel, an office, IFEMA, Atocha or Chamartín. One fixed price covers the whole car, so for a family or a small group of colleagues it often works out cheaper per head than you might expect.
Yes. We collect from the municipal albergue, private hostels and hotels, and backpacks and walking poles travel free. Popular rides are back to Santo Domingo de la Calzada, across the Meseta to León, or home via Madrid or Bilbao. Groups of five to eight walkers share one minivan, which lowers the cost each.
Haro, in Rioja Alta, is about 90 km and one hour away via the AP-1 and N-124. Santo Domingo de la Calzada takes around 50 minutes and Logroño station roughly 1 h 20 min. If you plan to visit several wineries in one day, an hourly car with driver means no one in the group has to drive.
Up to four people ride in a standard car and up to eight, with bags, in a minivan; both show an instant price online. Parties of 9 to 54, like a parish pilgrimage, a sports team or wedding guests, receive a tailored minibus or coach quote. Since the charge is per vehicle, bigger groups pay less each.
Yes, just tick the option when booking and give each child’s age or weight so the right seat is fitted before pick-up. We recommend one for children under 12 or shorter than 1.35 m, and a small supplement may apply. Pushchairs, travel cots and folding high chairs simply count as luggage.
Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before pick-up for a standard car or minivan, and more than 96 hours before for minibuses and group vehicles. To change the date, time or address you do not need to cancel: send us a WhatsApp message or an email and we will update the booking, subject to availability.
Online, by card, when you confirm the booking, through a secure payment page; drivers do not take payment. What you agree to at checkout is what you pay for that car and journey, whatever the traffic on the A-1 or AP-1. Business travellers can add company details at checkout to receive an invoice in the company name.
