La Escalinata: Built in 1921, the famous staircase was built to connect the railway station with the city centre. The price of the general entrance is 5 euros and it allows you to enter both the Cathedral and the Sacred Art Museum. The opening hours are from 11:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00 (in winter) or 16:00 to 20:00 (in summer).
Torre de San Martin: Attached to the church of the same name, it was built between 1315 and 1316. It is part of the Mudejar complex declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1986.
Medieval cisterns: Located in the subsoil of the Plaza del Torico, built in the 14th century to supply the city of Teruel with water and used as bunkers during the Civil War. The price is 1.3 euros, and the opening hours are from Monday to Sunday from 11:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00.
Los Arcos Aqueduct or Traida de las Aguas: It is one of the most relevant engineering works of the Spanish Renaissance. After 5 days on the Caminho, it was raining like crazy, and my hiking partner and I didn't relish the idea of taking our luggage and hiking gear to the train station then having to change trains in Coruña at night.
