The smallest vehicle we have is 4 passengers, except for the Premium services, which we recommend 3 passengers because they are usually more compact. An 8-seater minivan can store up to twice as much as a 4-passenger vehicle. The luggage allowance is one suitcase per passenger with a maximum accumulated size of 159cm (75cm+53cm+31cm). Please reserve a vehicle with the appropriate capacity for your group's needs. Our operators work to offer you the best possible experience. Of course, it's possible. Besides, they are free in most of the transfers we offer. We have children's chairs from different groups: Group I: Chairs suitable for children weighing between 9 and 18 kg (approx. between 9 months and 4 years). They have their own belts: one goes over each shoulder, another between the legs and they close over the child's belly. Group II: Seats suitable for children weighing between 15 and 25 kg (approx. between 4 years and 6 years). Booster with backrest. Group III: Chairs suitable for children weighing between 22 and 36 kg (approx. 5 months to 11 years). Booster without backrest. You can select how many child and/or baby seats you need during the booking process. On certain occasions, the seats may not be available, such as in a last-minute replacement in the assigned vehicle or if the seats are not compatible with the seats due to the characteristics of the vehicle. IMPORTANT: We do not have a Group 0 child seat in reverse gear (maxicosi), nor does it appear in the booking process on our website. If you need a Group 0 child seat, please contact us by email or telephone to provide you with a solution.

Zonetransfers.com works daily to expand destinations and populations. Don't enter the address (Street / Avenue / ...) in the booking search. Enter the city or town you want. During the booking process, we will ask you for the address where you need to pick you up and the address of your destination. We accept reservations with a minimum notice period of 24 hours (in the Peninsula) and 48 hours in the Canary and Balearic Islands (according to availability). For urgent last minute reservations, you can call us at +34665264451 and one of our operators will indicate if there is availability of the requested vehicle. This service is subject to validation and supervision by the operator.

You can pay the full amount 100% at the time of booking. We accept Visa credit/debit, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro. The PayPal platform can be used and we have it active, being the buyer responsible for paying the commissions involved in the transaction.

We have a secure 3D payment system, which when you go to book, asks for the password of the card before confirming the reservation. If the card is rejected you will have to contact your bank, this will give you the option to reset the password at the time the payment is charged to your card. Zonectransfers.com can not provide assistance related to your password.

As a general rule animals are not allowed, except if you travel with a guide or assistance dog. If you wish to travel with your pet and you have a carrier, ask one of our operators to confirm and validate this service. info@zonetransfers.com

There is nothing to worry about, as you will have (in your voucher) a 24-hour emergency number to contact the traffic coordinator who will tell the driver your current position.

There is also nothing to worry about, as flights are monitored so that, in the event of airline delays, you do not have any problems, your driver will always be waiting for you. They are in constant contact so you will not be left without transport due to a delayed flight. This service also has no cost for you, as long as you do not exceed 1 hour from the time your flight lands. Otherwise, additional costs may apply.

Any cancellation of the contract must be made in writing by email to our Customer Service Department at info@zonetransfers.com. Both individual transfer services and a complete booking including more than one service can be cancelled.

If your cancellation request is received, the following policy will be followed:

Distance booking (transfers).

Cancellations are free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the trip for cars and Minivans in Spain (mainland / peninsula), including for the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands (notice of cancellation more than 48 hours before the start of the trip).

Cancellations in Spain (peninsula) less than 48 hours before the start of the trip for cars and Minivans, will not be refunded, because the transport operator who performs the service, booked on that date and time of the contracted service a vacancy for the realization of its service, rejecting other services and reservations of other customers, thus generating the corresponding loss or preparation costs that have already been executed.

For the rest of Europe, cancellations are free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the trip, for cars and minivans (France, Portugal, Germany, Croatia, Austria, Holland, Italy, Greece, Belgium, England, Macedonia, etc...). With less than 48 hours notice of cancellation you will not be entitled to a refund of your booking.

Canary Islands and Balearic Islands: Cancellations are free up to 48 hours before the start of the trip for any type of vehicle (except minibuses and buses that will be with a cancellation notice of more than 72 hours), where a refund can be requested. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the start of the trip for any type of vehicle, will not be reimbursed, because the transport operator that performs the service, reserved on that date and time of the contracted service a vacancy for the realization of its service, rejecting other services and reservations of other clients, thus generating the corresponding loss or preparation expenses that have already been executed.

For minibuses and buses in Spain (peninsula), Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, cancellations are free with a cancellation notice of more than 72 hours after the service occurs. Cancellations less than 72 hours before the start of the trip for minibus and bus vehicles will not be reimbursed.

100% of the original price of the trip is charged in case of a cancellation after the start of the trip or if the traveler does not show up. (not show by the traveler).

Reservation of hours (provisions for hours of the vehicle with driver)

Cancellations are free up to 72 hours before the start of the trip and will have the right to a 100% refund of your reservation.

Less than 72 hours before the start of the trip, they will not be reimbursed.

100% of the original price of the trip is charged in case of a cancellation after the start of the trip or if the traveler does not show up.

In this case, we will send you an email with the confirmation of the cancellation so that you can use it to claim the amount from your tour operator, airline or insurance company.

During the process of your booking on our website www.zonetransfers.com, you have the option of requesting an official invoice, providing all your details as a businessman or professional.
