How far in advance should I book?
We recommend at least one week in advance to secure availability, although we can arrange last-minute trips depending on our schedule.
Can I travel with my pet?
Yes. Your pet must travel in a carrier or cage, or with a safety harness. Tell us when booking and we’ll advise you.
Is there a luggage limit?
It depends on the number of travelers and the vehicle type. Check with our team and we’ll assign a vehicle with sufficient capacity.
Can I cancel or modify the booking?
We have flexible policies. If your plans change, we’ll try to offer alternatives or adjust dates subject to availability. Please review our cancellation and booking-change policies.
Can I add a tour guide?
Of course. In some cities we offer certified guides in several languages who can join your road trip for specific visits.
Do the vehicles have child seats?
Yes. We have approved child seats available. Please let us know in advance to reserve them.
