The smallest vehicle we have is 4 passengers, except for the Premium services, which we recommend 3 passengers because they are usually more compact. An 8-seater minivan can store up to twice as much as a 4-passenger vehicle. The luggage allowance is one suitcase per passenger with a maximum accumulated size of 159cm (75cm+53cm+31cm). Please reserve a vehicle with the appropriate capacity for your group's needs. Our operators work to offer you the best possible experience. Of course, it's possible. Besides, they are free in most of the transfers we offer. We have children's chairs from different groups: Group I: Chairs suitable for children weighing between 9 and 18 kg (approx. between 9 months and 4 years). They have their own belts: one goes over each shoulder, another between the legs and they close over the child's belly. Group II: Seats suitable for children weighing between 15 and 25 kg (approx. between 4 years and 6 years). Booster with backrest. Group III: Chairs suitable for children weighing between 22 and 36 kg (approx. 5 months to 11 years). Booster without backrest. You can select how many child and/or baby seats you need during the booking process. On certain occasions, the seats may not be available, such as in a last-minute replacement in the assigned vehicle or if the seats are not compatible with the seats due to the characteristics of the vehicle. IMPORTANT: We do not have a Group 0 child seat in reverse gear (maxicosi), nor does it appear in the booking process on our website. If you need a Group 0 child seat, please contact us by email or telephone to provide you with a solution.

Zonetransfers.com works daily to expand destinations and populations. Don't enter the address (Street / Avenue / ...) in the booking search. Enter the city or town you want. During the booking process, we will ask you for the address where you need to pick you up and the address of your destination. If you can not find the origin, the final destination or the population, send us a budget request by clicking on the following link: http://www.zonetransfers.com/contact. We accept reservations with a minimum notice period of 24 hours (in the Peninsula) and 48 hours in the Canary and Balearic Islands (according to availability). For urgent last minute reservations, you can call us at +34665264451 and one of our operators will indicate if there is availability of the requested vehicle. This service is subject to validation and supervision by the operator.

You can pay the full amount 100% at the time of booking. We accept Visa credit/debit, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro. The PayPal platform can be used and we have it active, being the buyer responsible for paying the commissions involved in the transaction.

We have a secure 3D payment system, which when you go to book, asks for the password of the card before confirming the reservation. If the card is rejected you will have to contact your bank, this will give you the option to reset the password at the time the payment is charged to your card. Zonectransfers.com can not provide assistance related to your password.

As a general rule animals are not allowed, except if you travel with a guide or assistance dog. If you wish to travel with your pet and you have a carrier, ask one of our operators to confirm and validate this service. info@zonetransfers.com

There is nothing to worry about, as you will have (in your voucher) a 24-hour emergency number to contact the traffic coordinator who will tell the driver your current position.

There is also nothing to worry about, as flights are monitored so that, in the event of airline delays, you do not have any problems, your driver will always be waiting for you. They are in constant contact so you will not be left without transport due to a delayed flight. This service also has no cost for you, as long as you do not exceed 1 hour from the time your flight lands. Otherwise, additional costs may apply.

During the process of your booking on our website www.zonetransfers.com, you have the option of requesting an official invoice, providing all your details as a businessman or professional. You also have the option of requesting a simplified invoice to justify the service(s) contracted. You can also request an invoice by sending an email to info@zonetransfers.com.

Very pleased that we chose to book our transfers with airport transfers. Only waited a few minutes for minibus on arrival at Valencia - quick journey to the hotel without all the drop offs with usual coaches. Phoned two days before leaving for pick up time. Bus arrived on time and again had a problem free transfer to the airport. Would highly recommend booking transfers with this company.

"We booked this transfer service from Santander airport to our hotel in Santander, then to Bilbao and then back to the airport at the end of the week, the drivers were always on time, very friendly and they also gave us lots of information along the way with a nice and comfortable class E Mercedes. The cost of the transfer was lower than public taxis, which are not so comfortable. I highly recommend this service and this company."

We booked our holiday last minute after getting our negative PCR test result. This meant we booked the transfer late in the evening for the next day, but everything was done so well. When we arrived in Ibiza the driver was already there and at the end of the holiday the driver was a few minutes early for the pick up to take us back.

We would like to say a big thank you for your help with our transfers to and from Madrid Barajas. We had a problem with one of our relatives who had missed the connecting flight due to delays. I contacted you immediately to see if you could help us, you were very kind in organizing a further transfer for our relative. Our return to the airport was equally perfect, our driver was waiting for us outside our hotel, as agreed. Timely, friendly staff, well-equipped minibuses and excellent service. My group from the UK had a great experience with Zonetransfers!! Our flight was delayed but the driver waited patiently for us. The van was a clean new Mercedes and was able to comfortably fit 8 people and luggage including 4 huge ski bags. Once in Sierra Nevada the driver was very helpful finding our chalet, speaking spanish with the rental office. On top of this, I accidentally left my IPhone in the van and Zonetransfers sent someone to hand delivered it to me at the train station. Wonderful customer service! Highly recommend!
